We celebrated the new year with pecan-crusted wild Alaskan cod, homegrown microgreens, roasted broccoli, and Yukon Gold mashed potatoes. The wild Alaskan cod is a sustainably harvested fish according to the Monterey Bay Aquarium seafood watch.
